Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), SAP Accounts Payable processes, and SAP integration. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP VIM solutions to streamline invoice processing and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support OpenText VIM solutions in SAP environments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure VIM workflows, document types, process types, and exception handling.
- Work closely with business users, Accounts Payable teams, and technical teams.
- Perform VIM customizations and coordinate developments with ABAP teams.
- Configure and support OCR integrations (OpenText ICC/BCC).
- Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and workflow bottlenecks.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.

Required Skills





- Solid experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), and Invoice Management processes.
- Experience with:

o VIM Process Types

o DP Document Processing

o Approval Workflow Configuration

o Exception Handling

o Business Rules Configuration

o Archive Server Integration

o ICC/BCC OCR Components

- Understanding of SAP MM and SAP FI modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in incident management and production support activities.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA migration experience involving VIM.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Fiori applications.
- Experience with OpenText xECM and Archive Server.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and integration technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP/OpenText VIM certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- End-to-end implementation experience in SAP VIM.
- Experience working in global support and rollout projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
