DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse Operations

- Daily warehouse operations: inbound, QC, storage, picking, packing, dispatch
- Shift planning, task allocation, space and bin management
- SLA compliance (client, marketplace, quick commerce)

2. Inventory Control

- Inventory handling: ₹8–10 lakh+, 2,500+ SKUs
- Cycle count, stock audit, variance reconciliation
- Stock matching between Unicommerce and the physical warehouse
- Loss prevention and shrinkage control

3. Order Management

- B2B, B2C and quick commerce order processing
- Unicommerce (Uniware), Flipkart and Myntra seller panels
- Picklist, invoicing, packing, manifest, order handover
- On-time dispatch, zero pendency

4. Logistics and Dispatch

- Transporter, courier and supplier coordination
- Appointment-based shipments, driver coordination
- Truck loading and unloading, document check

5. Returns and Labelling

- Return processing (RTO/RVP): inspection, restock,



disposal
- RTV and wrong-return claims with marketplaces, email follow-up
- Label printing on a Zebra printer: price, marketplace and address labels

6. Team Management

- Team handling: 20–50 associates
- Attendance, productivity and performance tracking
- Manpower hiring and training as per order volume
- Safety checks, security, equipment maintenance

7. MIS and Reporting

- Daily MIS reports in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF)
- Invoice, e-way bill and GRN checks
- Escalation handling, process improvement, cost control

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
