We are an established wholesale distributor and institutional supplier seeking an energetic, result-driven Field Sales & Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base across hospitals while maintaining strong commercial relationships with key institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular on-ground field visits to hospitals, healthcare institutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities, generate qualified B2B leads, and follow up actively to close supply orders.
- Coordinate quotation submissions, negotiate pricing within approved margins, and ensure order execution in coordination with the back-office dispatch team.
- Track outstanding balances, follow up on pending payments, and ensure timely recovery of receivables.
- Gather on-ground market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, emerging demand, and upcoming institutional tenders or bulk requirements.
- Maintain structured daily call reports (DCR) and visit logs.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

- Education:



Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, or D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B wholesale distribution, or institutional client acquisition.
- Conveyance (Mandatory): Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid driving license.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, basic proficiency in smartphone-based reporting/WhatsApp business communication, and basic knowledge of commercial quotations.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and the local regional language; working knowledge of English.
