- Respond to leads generated via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and web inquiries.
- Guide students and working professionals about various Cybersecurity Certification Courses (CEH, CHFI, CompTIA, OSCP, etc.).
- Explain course features, advantages, career scope, and answer queries professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred edtech sales related field).
- Fluent in English, spoken and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, edtech sales, or telecalling.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target orientation and problem-solving ability.
