Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Shine,



and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good candidate-screening and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently from home.
