Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch & Stock Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, stock inventory, material movement, and related documentation at a wire and cable manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch operations and stock inventory.
- Track customer orders, deliveries, and material movement.
- Maintain stock and dispatch records using MS Excel and computer systems.
- Monitor stock receipts, material issues, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and transport teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain proper records of stock availability and dispatch transactions.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, stock management, inventory, or logistics.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel are mandatory.
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and dispatch documentation.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in dispatch and stock management in manufacturing industries, especially wire and cable manufacturing, will be preferred.
