Location: Gurugram, Haryana (office-based) Work mode: 100% on-site | No remote or hybrid Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Negotiable, based on last drawn CTC, relevant experience and interview assessment Shift: Night shift / business requirements (timings to be confirmed during screening) Experience: Relevant market research experience preferred; strong fresher’s may be considered

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of quantitative and qualitative market research projects, including CATI and CAWI.
- Assist with survey testing, questionnaire checks, sample coordination and fieldwork monitoring.
- Maintain quota trackers, respondent status reports and project documentation.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, basic analysis and reporting in Excel.




- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills / Profile

- Understanding of market research methodologies, CATI/CAWI and data quality.
- Strong Excel, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight project timelines.
