About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing products, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting carpets, rugs, curtains, upholstery, and other home furnishing products.
- Explain product features, quality, materials, designs, and pricing.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organised.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
- Support sales transactions, billing, and payment collection.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate with the team regarding inventory.
- Assist in receiving, arranging, and displaying new collections.




- Build positive customer relationships and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Support showroom promotions and maintain professional customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Interest in home décor, interior design, carpets, and furnishing products.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle customers confidently and work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.
