Job Title: BMS Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Monitor HVAC, lighting, and other building automation systems.
- Troubleshoot BMS controllers, sensors, and communication networks.
- Configure and maintain BMS software and control panels.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, and facility management teams.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance records.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in BMS or building automation.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, and controllers.
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and BMS software.
- Experience in troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
