Job Title: Site Supervisor – Electrical / Solar

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking *Site Supervisor* to supervise and coordinate solar and electrical works at project sites. *Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise daily solar installation and electrical works at project sites.

* Coordinate and guide electricians, technicians, and workers.

* Ensure work is completed properly according to project requirements.

* Monitor installation of solar panels, inverter, cables, AC/DC systems, earthing, and related electrical works.

* Check site materials and ensure proper usage.

* Maintain daily work progress and report updates to the office/project team.

* Coordinate with customers and the site team when required.

* Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the work site.





* Identify site-related issues and report them to the concerned engineer/office.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

*Eligibility:*

* Diploma / ITI / Electrical qualification preferred.

* *Freshers are welcome to apply.*

* Previous experience in solar/electrical site supervision is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of electrical and solar systems is preferred.

* Positive communication and team coordination skills.

* Willingness to travel to project sites.
