Neeco is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate technical service requests for our clients. You will work closely with clients, service partners and field technicians to make sure each request is handled smoothly, on time and to the agreed service standards.

This role is a good fit for someone who communicates clearly, keeps track of details and enjoys coordinating several tasks at once.

What you’ll do

- Receive and process client service requests, and enter and update relevant information in our internal systems.
- Coordinate technical service visits by finding and assigning suitable local technicians.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and technicians to keep everyone informed about the status of each request.
- Arrange basic logistics, including the delivery of hardware needed for a service.
- Make sure requests are completed within the agreed scope, timelines and procedures.
- Check that service records and job details are accurate and complete, including information needed for client and supplier invoicing.
- Help resolve issues, follow up on open requests and share feedback with relevant teams.
- Contribute to client reports and support the onboarding of new team members when needed.





What we’re looking for

- Strong written and spoken English, especially for professional email communication.
- Good communication and organisational skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Careful attention to detail and confidence handling several requests at the same time.
- A responsible and practical approach to solving problems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and basic Excel.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Interest in technology and modern IT services.

It’s an advantage if you have

- Experience in customer service or service coordination.
- Experience in the IT or technology sector.
- A high school qualification; an ICT-related background is welcome but not required.
- Rapid and accurate typing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
