Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong iOS Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience in iOS application development and proven team-handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of iOS development, lead the technical team, interact directly with clients, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

The candidate should be proactive, independent, and capable of driving technical decisions, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication between the development team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of iOS applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of iOS development activities and technical deliverables.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the iOS development team.
- Participate in technical discussions and make appropriate architectural and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical concerns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan development activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain code quality, application performance, security, and development best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks,



and dependencies clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks forward without constant supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in iOS application development.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role with mandatory team-handling experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with iOS development and the ability to own deliverables end to end.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.

Contract and Work Details

- Contract Duration: 6 months.
- Work Location: Pune, hybrid work model.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday.
- Attendance and Timesheet: Day-wise attendance tracking.
- Background Verification: Mandatory.
