Job Description

Sunil Construction Co. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring that construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities, including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Execute construction work as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concrete quality, levels, and dimensions before execution.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, and material consumption records.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards,



construction specifications, and site safety requirements.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, measurement verification, and contractor billing.
- Identify site-related issues and report progress, delays, and technical concerns to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Mumbai.
