Civil Draftsman / Design Engineer Company: Archevion Construction & Solutions Location: YM Nagar, Calicut University, Malappuram, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience, skills & interview performance) About the Role Archevion Construction & Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Draftsman / Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D/3D drafting, architectural and structural drawings, and building documentation. You will work closely with our design and site teams to prepare accurate drawings and support ongoing construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models and detailed construction drawings. Prepare and modify architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD. Develop building plans and documentation required for project execution. Prepare plans and documents using KSmart for building permit-related submissions. Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers and site teams. Assist with BOQ preparation, documentation and quantity-related drawings. Make drawing revisions based on site requirements and project changes. Ensure drawings are accurate and follow project specifications. Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and project documentation. Support the design and construction team whenever required.



Requirements Good knowledge of 2D & 3D designing/drafting. AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory. Knowledge of KSmart is preferred. Understanding of architectural and structural drawings. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
