- Training and on-boarding of students post sales
- Delivering prompt, productive and friendly responses to students across various channels Initiate regular calls with the students to track their progress
- Proactively manage the success of the assigned students and identify/develop upselling opportunities
- Build a solid and lasting relationship with the customers Perform any other tasks required to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as customer’s voice for Zell’s internal teams and work with relevant teams to improve product and services basisfeedback received from the students
- Cross sell and upsell the courses offered
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
