Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage and grow our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, managing existing clients, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Handle B2B sales and client meetings.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and deals with clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Track competitors, market trends,



and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in Food, FMCG, HoReCa, B2B, or related industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and customer acquisition.
- Ability to handle client meetings and business negotiations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for market/client meetings when required.
