We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Warehouse Racking Installation Supervisor to manage and execute warehouse storage racking installation projects at customer sites.

The candidate will be responsible for studying installation drawings, planning site activities, coordinating with customers, organizing manpower, and ensuring proper installation of various types of warehouse racking systems as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Study and understand warehouse racking installation drawings and layouts.

* Carry out site inspection, area measurement, and floor marking as per approved drawings.

* Supervise and execute installation of various warehouse storage systems, including:

* Selective Pallet Racking (SPR)

* Multi-Tier Racking Systems

* Drive-In Racking Systems

* Shelving Racking Systems

* Other industrial warehouse storage racking systems.

* Coordinate with customers for site readiness, area clearance, and work permissions.

* Plan and organize installation teams based on project requirements.

* Allocate daily work activities and monitor manpower productivity.

* Ensure materials, accessories, tools, and equipment are available before starting installation.

* Coordinate material unloading, counting, and verification against drawings and material lists.

* Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.





* Monitor project progress and complete work within the scheduled timeline.

* Coordinate with customers and project teams to resolve site-related issues and installation discrepancies.

* Prepare daily work progress updates and report project status to management.

* Ensure proper alignment, leveling, plumbing, and anchoring of racking structures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in a relevant technical trade is preferred.

* Candidates with relevant warehouse racking installation experience will be preferred.

* Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

* Good manpower management and team coordination skills.

* Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and other locations.

* Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling site activities independently.

Key Requirements

The candidate should be capable of managing the complete installation process, from drawing study and site marking to manpower coordination, customer communication, installation execution, and project completion.
