About the Role

We are hiring Sales Representatives for a quick-growing energy drink brand in Mumbai. You will cover a daily beat of retailers in your zone, take orders, run sampling and keep our product visible in stores.

Zones Available (5 openings per zone)

- Andheri, Bandra, Khar

- Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Virar

- Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan

- South Mumbai, Dadar, Worli, Colaba

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Support

- Support the Sales Officer in distributor servicing: order taking and delivery coordination

- Ensure there is no stock-out at the distributor point

Retail Management

- Visit 30 to 35 retailers daily on your assigned beat

- Take secondary bulk orders

- Run sampling: 2 free cans per store daily

- Stick posters, ensure fridge visibility and click geo-tagged photos

Reporting

- Send a daily order report





- Share retailer feedback and stock availability

- Report expiry and damaged stock

Team and Targets

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Cover 100% of the stores in your beat

- Support teammates during festivals and activations

- Attend weekly training every Monday

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales; hardworking freshers are also welcome

- 12th pass or graduate

- Own bike and smartphone are mandatory

- Should be from the same zone (local candidates preferred)

- Hindi, Marathi and English preferred

How to Apply

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
