Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Mechanical Technician for our UAE project with 2–3 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar environment. The candidate will be responsible for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and effective facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical faults in pumps, valves, motors, and associated equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormal operating conditions, unusual noises, vibrations, and leakage.
- Inspect mechanical components and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Carry out basic repair, replacement, and servicing of mechanical parts as required.
- Attend breakdown complaints and coordinate with the supervisor for timely fault rectification.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain equipment checklists, maintenance records, service reports, and breakdown logs.
- Coordinate with other technical teams and external vendors for maintenance and repair activities.




- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Follow site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Technician in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience working with pumps, valves, motors, HVAC equipment, and associated mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Ability to identify mechanical faults and carry out basic repairs.
- Good observation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to maintain maintenance records and follow technical instructions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and safe equipment-handling practices.

Job Location: UAE

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
