Job Requirements:

Experience: 8 - 13 Years of Product Development in Automotive Seating
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Specialisation: Mechanical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics)

Key Deliverables:

- Driving Customer satisfaction by ensuring flawless launch of new products.
- Ensuring alignment of Product Roadmaps with Business Long term plan.
- Ensuring business growth by promoting existing products with recent features and cost competetiveness.
- Material cost improvement through VA-VE for A products.
- Gross Contribution (Sales- RMC) as per approved PFS for B to A projects (maintain & improve) through Design to Cost etc.
- Converting Customer Requirement from customer documents and interaction.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
