- Develop sales strategies

- talk to client and ask for their preferences

- suggest properties according to their preferences

- continuous and spontaneous followups

- arrange for site visits

- target for closure

- Build client relationships

- Conduct market analysis

- Track sales performance

Requirements:

. Leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Market knowledge and analytical abilities

Goals:

- Achieve sales targets

- Increase client satisfaction

- Develop sales team skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
