About the Role

BriskCovey Technologies is looking for a skilled SEO & Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, improve organic search visibility, and manage social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, content planning, and digital performance analysis, preferably in a service-based IT company.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
- Manage backlinks, internal linking, metadata, website content, and URL optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance through regular reports.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

- Manage company social media profiles, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars.
- Create engaging post ideas, captions, and content aligned with company goals.




- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members for creatives and promotional content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve social media performance.

Required Skills

- 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Practical experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
- Experience managing business social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
- Good content planning, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a service-based IT company or software development company.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and IT services.
- Familiarity with SEO reporting tools and content optimization platforms.

Eligibility

- Candidates must be willing to work from our Jaipur office.
- This is a full-time, on-site position; remote and work-from-home options are not available.
