Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, maintain food and service standards, and ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant service operations.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure timely and qualified customer service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth food service.
- Handle customer complaints and special requests.




- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Check table arrangements and restaurant readiness.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock monitoring.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs.
