Job Description: Property Influencer & Channel Partner Growth Manager

Role Overview:
Alpha Realty is looking for a well-connected real estate influencer or digital marketing qualified to expand its channel partner network across Telangana through social media and industry networking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with property brokers, agents and channel partners.
- Promote Alpha Realty through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging real estate videos, reels and promotional content.
- Recruit and onboard channel partners across Telangana.
- Collaborate with property influencers and real estate communities.
- Generate property enquiries, registrations and site visits.

Requirements:

- Strong social media presence and networking skills.
- Good connections within the Telangana real estate market.
- Fluency in Telugu; English preferred.
- Experience in real estate marketing, content creation or influencer management.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
