Job Description – Telecaller (Fresher)

Position: Telecaller
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: BCA / BBA / B.Com / B.A. or any graduate degree
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company services and share relevant information with customers.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings.
Maintain customer details and call records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
