- Manage and supervise daily hub operations.
- Allocate tasks to Ground Coordinators, delivery executives, and other team members.
- Monitor shipment sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and internal movements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery operations.
- Track daily productivity, attendance, and manpower availability.
- Coordinate with hub managers and other operational teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor shipment accuracy and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports.
- Handle employee grievances and support team performance management.
- Ensure employees wear safety vests, ID cards, and safety shoes.
- Maintain operational standards and achieve assigned targets.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
