We are looking for an HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients of our management consulting firm. The role requires solid client-handling skills, quality sourcing, and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client requirements independently and understand role specifications, hiring priorities, and organizational culture.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on candidate pipeline, interviews, feedback, and closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and share relevant shortlists with clients.




- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Support offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate; MBA in HR or relevant certification preferred.
- 14 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in client handling is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
