Job Description – Plastic Injection Moulding Shift In-Charge

Department: ProductionDesignation: Shift In-Charge – Plastic Injection Moulding

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily production activities and achieve shift production targets.
- Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines.
- Coordinate mould setting, mould changes, and machine parameter setting.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and material wastage.
- Manage operators, helpers, and shift manpower allocation.
- Troubleshoot machine and mould-related issues.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift handover records.
- Ensure 5S, safety procedures, and PPE compliance on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room departments.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification:



ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Technology.
- Experience: 3–5 years in plastic injection moulding.
- Skills: Machine parameter setting, mould changeover, troubleshooting, manpower handling, and quality control.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
