We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare HR documents, offer letters, appointment letters, policies, and agreements.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and management for timely closures.
- Solid communication, follow-up, MS Office, and organizational skills required.
- Bachelor's degree required; prior experience in recruitment and HR documentation preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
