JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales

About the Role

Ironclad Law Associates is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Ghitorni, New Delhi & GURUGRAM. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present the company's services effectively.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, conduct sales discussions, and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on leads, conversions, and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience.
- Good communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic sales reporting.
- A target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or service-sector sales will be an advantage.

Salary & Location

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Job Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi.
- Experience Required: 6 months or more in sales.
