About us

Hrisha Lighting Projects LLP is an architectural lighting company in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. We work with architects, interior designers, developers and consultants on commercial, hospitality and luxury residential projects across Gujarat.

Our technical lighting team specifies, supplies and supports performance lighting — downlights, spotlights, magnetic track and profile systems — from the brands we represent and our own range, Mirakle Technical. We're a team of about 35, and technical lighting is where we're investing to grow.

The role

You'll be the technical engine behind every lighting proposal — turning drawings and specifications into the right products, calculations, BOQs and quotations, fast and error-free. You'll back our sales team in front of architects and consultants, and get our products specified and approved on their projects.

Key responsibilities

Enquiry study and product selection

- Study architect and consultant drawings, specifications and BOQs, and flag missing details before quoting.
- Select products that meet the specs — lux level, CCT, CRI, beam angle, UGR, IP rating, driver and dimming — and propose value-engineered alternatives.
- Working with our design team & sales team on AutoCAD layouts.

Quotations and BOQs

- Prepare BOQs and quotations in our standard formats — area-wise, item matrix and commercial offer — plus Excel versions for consultants.
- Check every quote for specs, quantities and pricing before it goes out.
- Build quotations in our new ERP once it goes live in 2027 and learn in our existing state of art ERP.

Submittals and approvals





- Prepare technical submittals: datasheets, IES files - If available,
- Follow up with sales team and clients until products are approved, and keep a record of every approval.

Sales support

- Join technical presentations to architects, consultants and contractors, and run product demos.
- Arrange samples and mock-ups, and answer technical queries the same day.
- Prepare comparison sheets when a specification names a competing brand.

Handover and product data

- Hand confirmed orders to purchase and execution with complete technical details: drivers, mounting, cut-outs and controls.
- Support site teams with technical clarifications during installation.
- Build and maintain our technical library — datasheets, IES files and comparison sheets — starting with our Mirakle Technical range.
- Log every enquiry with its status, and record why each quoted project was won or lost.

What we're looking for

Must have

- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering; interior design graduates with strong lighting knowledge are welcome.
- 1–3 years in pre-sales, estimation, lighting design or application support with a lighting or electrical company.
- Lighting basics: lux, lumens, CCT, CRI, beam angle, UGR,



IP ratings, drivers and dimming (phase-cut, 0–10V, DALI).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong Excel for BOQs and comparisons; PowerPoint for presentations.
- Clear communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi, and confidence presenting to architects.

Good to have

- Experience with architectural lighting brands, consultant approvals or tenders.
- Knowledge of lighting controls (DALI, wireless) and photometric test reports
- Own two-wheeler for local client and site visits.

You'll do well here if you

- Check specs twice before a quote goes out.
- Treat every enquiry as live revenue and respond fast.
- Are curious about light, and visit sites to see how products actually perform.
- Are confident in front of architects, and honest when a product isn't the right fit.
