We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment
- Positive communication and computer skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
