Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, and manpower allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed at all sites.
- Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and project delays.




- Verify contractor work progress, measurements, and bills.
- Report project status and updates to company management.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction project management preferred
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and construction documentation
- Ability to handle multiple construction sites and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
