About the Company

YDE SAVVY PRIVATE LIMITED manufactures and supplies aluminium scaffolding, MS scaffolding, scaffolding accessories, and other construction-related products.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, phone calls, and the company website.
- Call customers and follow up on quotations.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Maintain daily lead records and sales reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and dispatch.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

- Any degree or diploma.
- Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil ,Hindi ,Telugu and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Good telephone communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or construction materials is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and motivated candidate who can support our sales team and help improve customer follow-ups and order conversions.
