We are seeking a creative, proactive, and strong communicator, a Graphic Designer who can also do digital marketing activities, enhance the social media presence, and visual content creation, along with skills of photography and videography(Including editing). This role is ideal for professionals who can combine marketing strategy, graphic design, and social media management to build strong brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (If need be)
- Manage and grow company social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create high-quality graphic designs for posts, ads, banners, and promotional materials
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and branding goals
- Have photography and videography as their skillset and a great editor as per current social trends
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, and communication content
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and online interactions as per the requirement or redirect to the concerned teams
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms
- Active participation in Internal and external communications, including employer branding

This role will require the person to work during the holidays so consequently comp off/ time of in lieu will be provided as per that. Please do not apply if you do not align with this.

Skills & Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design with delivery oriented mindset
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Should have Photography and videography as their key skills along with graphic designing
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. Ability to create engaging visual content, captions, and ad copies
- Experience in managing content calendars and campaigns
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Any Degree / Diploma (Marketing or Design/ Editing preferred)
