Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage sales and expand the market for Ayurvedic products in the assigned territory. The candidate will work with Ayurvedic doctors, distributors, stockists, and healthcare professionals to increase sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Appoint and manage distributors and stockists.
- Monitor sales performance, product availability, and stock movement.
- Conduct regular market visits and meet doctors and distributors.
- Support product promotions and new product launches.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve sales and distribution issues.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.




- Monitor distributor performance and follow up on collections.
- Follow company policies and ethical marketing practices.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Ayurvedic product sales and the healthcare market.
- Experience in distributor and stockist management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong territory management and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Eligibility

- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Pharmaceuticals, Herbal, or Nutraceutical products preferred.
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive is an advantage.
- A professional network of Ayurvedic doctors and distributors is preferred.
