About the Company:

Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a transformer manufacturing company looking for enthusiastic freshers with an electrical engineering background to join our Sales & Marketing Department as Junior Technical Backend Coordinators.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical backend support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Assist in preparing technical quotations, commercial offers, and customer proposals.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Understand basic transformer specifications and assist in preparing technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain sales records, enquiry trackers, order status reports, and MIS reports.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, pending quotations, and order execution.
- Assist in preparing technical documents and tender submissions, wherever required.




- Prepare reports using MS Excel and other office applications.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers and internal teams.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
- Interest in learning about transformers and electrical power equipment.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

- BE (Electrical Engineering) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- No prior work experience is required.

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly salary of 18,000–20,000.
- PF and gratuity as per applicable rules.
