About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious individual to join the founding team as a Co-Founder responsible for app development and technology.

This opportunity is for someone who wants to build digital products from the ground up, turn ideas into functional applications, and take ownership of the technical direction of a growing venture.

You do not necessarily need years of professional experience or a formal computer science degree. We value practical skills, problem-solving ability, initiative, and a genuine interest in building technology products.

You will collaborate with the founding team to evaluate ideas, develop applications, build prototypes, and establish the technical foundations needed to launch and scale products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile and web applications.
- Build applications for Android and iOS, where appropriate.
- Develop functional prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Turn product ideas and requirements into working software.
- Improve application performance, usability, reliability, and security.

2. Technology & Architecture

- Evaluate suitable programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and development tools.
- Make practical technology decisions based on product requirements and available resources.
- Design application architecture, databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Explore AI, cloud technologies, and emerging technology opportunities where relevant.




- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

3. Product Development

- Work with the founding team to define product requirements and technical priorities.
- Convert ideas into development plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build prototypes, test features, and incorporate user feedback.
- Identify technical challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Participate in product planning and long-term technology strategy.

4. Testing & Deployment

- Test applications and resolve bugs.
- Manage version control and development workflows.
- Support deployment, hosting, and app store submission processes.
- Implement appropriate data protection and security practices.
- Maintain and improve products after launch.

5. Founding Team Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the technology and development function.
- Contribute to strategic decisions alongside the founding team.
- Establish development processes and technical documentation.
- Explore new tools and development approaches to improve efficiency.
- Help build and lead a development team as the business grows.

Skills & Qualifications

- Interest or experience in software and application development.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages or development frameworks.
- Understanding of databases, APIs, debugging, and software fundamentals.




- Ability to solve problems and learn new technologies independently.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is an advantage.
- Interest in building products from scratch.
- Solid ownership, accountability, and collaboration skills.

Experience with Flutter, React Native, React, JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, cloud platforms, or AI integration is an advantage, but no specific technology stack is mandatory.

Beginners with demonstrable projects, prototypes, or strong practical skills are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Equity

This is an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity with no fixed salary at present.

The proposed equity arrangement will be discussed based on technical expertise, responsibilities, time commitment, ownership of development, and long-term contribution.

Equity will be subject to mutual agreement, applicable legal requirements, agreed vesting terms, and formal documentation.

There is no guarantee of future salary, funding, or financial returns. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with an equity-based arrangement at this stage.
