Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify potential business clients, qualify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings for the business development team. The role involves contacting business owners, founders, directors, and marketing decision-makers to introduce our IT and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contact prospects through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, website development, and IT services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, interest, budget, decision-making authority, and buying timeline.
- Ask relevant questions to understand prospect needs and assess sales opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and re-engage inactive leads.
- Maintain accurate lead information, communication history, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Experience





Minimum 1 year of experience in SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, lead qualification, or business development preferred.
