Career Bhavan enrolls students into online programs from premium universities. As an Academic Counsellor in our Sales & Admissions team, you will guide students and parents, recommend suitable programs, and support them through to confirmed admission.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents through calls and online interactions
- Understand student profiles and career goals to recommend the right programs
- Explain program details, fees, eligibility and outcomes clearly and accurately
- Manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into admissions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
- Guide students through application, documentation and enrolment

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (EdTech strongly preferred; customer service or telecalling backgrounds also considered)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
- Working knowledge of CRM and lead management
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building abilities
