Job Description: Experienced Telecaller – Skin Care Clinic

Position: Experienced Telecaller
Industry: Skin Care / Dermatology / Aesthetic Clinic
Experience: 3 - 4 years preferred
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi and English
Location: Ameerpet Location

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing patients.
- Explain skin care treatments, clinic services, and consultation procedures.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Handle patient inquiries professionally and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Maintain call records, appointment details, and lead information.
- Convert inquiries into clinic appointments and achieve calling targets.

Requirements





- Must have previous experience as a telecaller, preferably in a skin care clinic, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic center.
- Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and a professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Ability to handle patient inquiries and follow-ups effectively.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Telemarketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- outbound calls: 4 years (Preferred)
- follow-ups effectively: 4 years (Preferred)
- Explain skin care treatments: 3 years (Preferred)
