Position – Sales Manager
Job Locations: Ambernath, Mumbai
Job Overview
We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in construction equipment sales to drive business growth and manage sales across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for construction equipment.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and visits, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure effective territory coverage.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction equipment sales.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Industry: Construction equipment.
- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory for local client visits.
- Location: Candidates must be based in the respective hiring city.
Location-Wise Territory Coverage
- Mumbai: Mumbai region.
- Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Rajasthan.
- Bangalore: Bangalore and Karnataka.
- Hyderabad: Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
- Local Conveyance: Provided for local client visits.
- Outstation Travel: Travel expenses covered as per company policy.
