KoinBX is looking for a Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with users and help them have a smooth experience on our crypto trading platform. The candidate will guide users through account registration, KYC verification, deposits, and their first trade. The role also involves understanding user needs, collecting feedback, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager will assist new users throughout the onboarding process and help them understand how to use the KoinBX platform. They will communicate with users through calls, emails, and other channels to resolve their concerns and encourage platform engagement. The candidate will conduct user interviews, collect feedback, identify common problems, and share suggestions with the Product and Marketing teams. They will also work on customer retention, re-engagement campaigns,



and user satisfaction tracking to improve the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Hindi are mandatory. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 will be an added advantage.
