MindMentorz, a premier afterschool chess academy located in Bangalore, is seeking an

enthusiastic and dedicated Onboarding Associate to join our vibrant team. This role is

pivotal in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for the parents of prospective

students. As an Onboarding Associate, you will be the first point of contact, offering a

friendly and informative interface between the academy and the families interested in

our chess programs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Parent Interaction: Engage with parents of potential students to provide detailed

information about our chess programs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting

relationships.

● CRM Management: Efficiently manage customer relationship management

(CRM) tools to track interactions and ensure smooth communication channels.

● Scheduling Demos: Coordinate and schedule demo classes for interested

families, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both parents and instructors.





● First Payment Collection: Handle the initial payment process with parents,

providing clear information on fees and payment options.

● Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and effective

communication with parents throughout the onboarding process, addressing any

queries or concerns.

Qualifications:

● Robust interpersonal and communication skills.

● Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

● Passion for education and a positive attitude towards learning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
