Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Travel Advisor to assist clients with travel planning, itinerary preparation, bookings, and travel-related queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in planning domestic and international trips.
- Recommend travel destinations, packages, hotels, and transportation options based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide suitable travel package quotations.
- Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and other travel-related bookings.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain travel policies, package inclusions, cancellation terms, and payment procedures.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries and bookings.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory travel experience for customers.





Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel consultancy, tourism, or a related field.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Experience in travel bookings and holiday package planning is preferred.

- Valuable sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of travel itineraries, holiday packages, and booking procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and email communication.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
