Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is an IT training institute focused on industry-oriented technical training, practical learning, and career development. We are looking for an experienced VMware professional who can deliver hands-on training to students and working professionals.

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver VMware technical training through online or offline sessions.
- Explain VMware virtualization concepts with practical demonstrations.
- Provide hands-on training in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server.
- Guide students through virtual machine creation, configuration, deployment, and management.
- Teach virtual networking, storage, resource allocation, and troubleshooting.
- Explain VMware installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Conduct practical lab exercises and real-time scenario-based training.
- Assess student progress and clarify technical doubts.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and real-world IT support roles.

Required Technical Skills





- Solid knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server.
- Experience with virtual machine provisioning and administration.
- Knowledge of virtual networking, storage, snapshots, cloning, and resource management.
- Understanding of virtualization troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of VMware High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and vMotion is preferred.
- Practical experience in VMware administration, infrastructure support, or virtualization engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of relevant VMware experience preferred.
- Previous technical training or mentoring experience is an advantage.
- Must be able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Must be comfortable conducting practical sessions.
- Working professionals, freelance trainers, and independent consultants are encouraged to apply.

Engagement Details

- Part-time / freelance engagement.
- Flexible class schedules based on mutual agreement.
- Online or offline sessions, depending on the requirement.
- Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience and training expertise.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
