Job Title: Bar Waiter
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Serve drinks and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, tables, and service areas.
- Prepare and arrange tables, glassware, and service equipment before operations.
- Present menus, explain beverage options, and assist guests with their selections.
- Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally.
- Prepare bills and process payments according to hotel procedures when required.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective and courteous service.
