We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Workshop Manager to lead and manage the overall workshop operations of our 2-wheeler dealership.
The incumbent will be responsible for workshop productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, manpower management, revenue achievement, technician performance, warranty coordination, spare parts coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and OEM standards.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, customer-handling skills, and the ability to drive workshop profitability and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
