Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to support the design and execution of residential construction projects. The candidate will assist in preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with site teams, and supporting project documentation.

This role is ideal for recent architecture graduates who want practical exposure to residential design and construction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.

Prepare working drawings, layout drawings, and detail drawings.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors during project execution.

Support in design development and space planning for residential projects.

Assist in preparing BOQs and material specifications.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure drawings are followed.

Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.





Support in client discussions and design presentations when required.

Required Qualifications

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture

0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modeling tools

Familiarity with MS Office

Understanding of construction drawings and building materials

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray is an added advantage

Experience in residential project design
