## Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and experienced Telecallers with a background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries, and the ability to generate leads and schedule property site visits.

## Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on property inquiries.

- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project features to potential buyers.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to improve lead conversion.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status.





- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information about available properties.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

## Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
